Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (West German Encrypted Hosting – Inhaber Alessandro Lindner, c/o Smarvo 251, Südstraße 31, 47475 Kamp-Lintfort, Deutschland, email: aphotice2ee@proton.me) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal

In the case of a contract for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium (here: the license key), the right of withdrawal expires pursuant to § 356 (6) of the German Civil Code (BGB) where we have begun performance of the contract after you have

• expressly consented to us beginning the performance of the contract before the end of the withdrawal period,
• confirmed your awareness that, by giving your consent, you lose your right of withdrawal upon the start of performance of the contract, and
• we have provided you with a confirmation of the contract pursuant to § 312f BGB.

You give this consent and acknowledgment during the order process by ticking the dedicated checkbox (“I expressly agree that provision of the license key begins immediately after payment is received, and I confirm that I thereby lose my right of withdrawal.”). The order can only be placed via the payment button (“Buy with Monero (XMR)” or “Buy with Bitcoin (BTC)”) once this checkbox has been ticked. Because the license key is provided immediately after payment is received, your right of withdrawal expires upon this start of performance.

We provide the confirmation pursuant to § 312f BGB after conclusion of the contract as a downloadable document (“order confirmation”) on a durable medium; it contains the content of the contract as well as your consent and acknowledgment set out above.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you effectively withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal. Reimbursement is made using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction — where you paid in Monero or Bitcoin, in the cryptocurrency in which the payment was made, or as otherwise agreed.
