Talk to a human
One inbox, read by the people who build Aphotic. Ask without an account; there's no ticket system or chatbot in between.
The whole support department
Write in English or German, and expect an answer in a day or two. The small team that answers the mail also builds the app.
For purchase problems, include your order ID. Never include your license key, your PIN, or your passphrase: support has no use for them and will never ask. Anyone who does ask is not us.

Retrieve license →Question before you buy?
The FAQ answers the common ones: licenses, payment, seats, refunds, checking your download.

Tell us what's wrong, especially in the comparison table, and what the correct fact is. We fix it and say so.

Goes straight to the same inbox, over Tor if you are on the onion. Leave a reply address if you want an answer; leave it blank if you don't.
About this channel
Email is a postcard. Treat it like one.
The mailbox sits with a provider that encrypts mail end to end between its own users. From any other provider, assume somebody along the way can read it. Keep the details to a minimum and never put anything in an email you wouldn't write on a postcard. If your question is sensitive, ask for a safer way to talk first and we'll set one up.
Formal legal contact goes through the address in the Impressum.
Rather not ask anyone anything?
Fair. Most answers are already written down.
